I actually have always used a baking sheet as I would for biscuits. Keep them simple, or get creative, you can’t go wrong. Remove the muffins from the oven, and turn them out of the pan onto a rack as quickly as possible. I made these for dessert but we ended up having them for dinner. It’s a solid recipe – one you can tweak as many times as you like. I’ve only made biscuits a couple of times and I have a long way to go before I’ve master biscuits.
